Best Protocol Practices™ represents the “new generation” of business etiquette materials and is widely accepted as the most effective way to teach the rules of the 21st century workplace.

The Protocol Centre® curriculum, Best Protocol Practices™, is part of a national demonstration project funded by the U.S Department of Justice, Office of Juvenile Justice and Delinquency Prevention under the auspices of the Miami Dade Department of Juvenile Services.
