WHO WE ARE
Dale Webb and Pauline Winick opened The Protocol Centre® in 2004. Our goal is to train our clients in the skills that will make them competitive, successful and admired. We believe that these are the “operating tools” for good business! Our seminars and curriculum are relevant, realistic and represent the most current "best practices" in the workplace!

All of our seminar instructors each have a unique and lively style of conveying the topics. The combined years of professional experience and their thorough knowledge of the subject matter enable each seminar leader to coach, lead and share with energy, humor and solid expertise. The seminar instructors of The Protocol Centre all have had careers that prepared them to teach business etiquette and dining seminars with current and applicable experience and expertise.

The Protocol Centre introduced its innovative Best Protocol Practices Curriculum in 2006. Two other versions of Best Protocol Practices are now available; Etiquette Avenue, an iphone App on Business and Dining etiquette is available in the iTunes store and an online version is NOW available in our "Protocol To Go Store.

WHAT WE DO

We teach and we coach our clients on business etiquette, international protocols and dining skills. Groups or individuals, we can conduct a seminar anywhere, anytime.

HOW WE DO IT

Our favorite words to describe what we do...Teach, Coach, Encourage, Discover, Current, Relevant, Practical (and rewarding!)
We believe that these are skills easily learned and not easily forgotten. We also are passionate in our commitment to demonstrate to our clients how these skills will easily fit into your personal and professional lives.

Our seminars relate to real time, real life in the workplace. We convey our information with humor, personal experiences mixed with reasonable and practical suggestions on how to handle any situation.

We prefer to conduct our group seminars in small groups of up to 30 so each participant has an opportunity to interact etc. WE design each seminar for the client's needs.
