The certification training covers all topics and focuses your training on your goals for how you plan to use it. We conduct all certification training in private groups or individual sessions to enable our client to move at their pace. We guarantee you will be ready to train others when you complete the certification training.

The Best Protocol Practices™ curriculum consists of 16 topic modules that cover all aspects of business etiquette and dining skills. Each module can be taught as a self-contained session or combined with other modules for a longer class session.
