Best Protocol Practices™ Training Certification

The Best Protocol Practices Curriculum™ is NOW available on CD for purchase for the use of corporate and professional trainers, facilitators and educators.

The leadership team of the Protocol Centre® will train and certify trainers/facilitators in the curriculum Best Protocol Practices™. The curriculum includes a participant reference guide/workbook. The Best Protocol Practices™ curriculum consists of 16 topic modules that cover all aspects of business etiquette and dining skills. Each module can be taught as a self-contained session or combined with other modules for a longer class session.

The curriculum developed by The Protocol Centre® features:

An Everyday Dilemma on each topic
Background information for the facilitator in the facilitator’s manual
A thorough explanation of “The Protocol” for each topic
A selected Protocol Practice exercise on each topic that serves as a summary of the session.
A Best Protocol Practices™ participant workbook that covers all 16 topics
Protocol Points for each topic that summarizes the material

Each topic has a PowerPoint presentation designed for the session. The curriculum package includes a Trainer/Facilitator manual, PowerPoint CD and Participant Resource materials that are to the point and easy to follow.

The Best Protocol Practices™ Resource workbooks are $20.00 per workbook. These workbooks are designed for the participant to keep and are 3-hole punched so that they can be put in a binder and kept with any work product associated with the seminar sessions.
