Dale Webb and Pauline Winick opened The Protocol Centre® in 2004. The Protocol Centre® provides business etiquette, dining protocols training, and international protocol services for corporate, public and educational clients nationwide. To date, over 8000 clients have been trained by The Protocol Centre. The principals each have a unique and lively style of conveying the topics. Their combined years of professional experience and their thorough knowledge of the subject matter enable them to coach, lead and share with energy, humor and solid expertise. Both principals had careers that prepared them to teach business etiquette and dining seminars with current and applicable experience and expertise. Webb and Winick are the authors of the Best Protocol Practices curriculum.
