For more than fifteen years Ms. Vazquez Huyke has been a recognized professional in the field of Customer Relations Skills and Business Etiquette in Puerto Rico, offering business people a real alternative to deal with the demands of today's business world.

She combines a wealth of work experience from diverse backgrounds with her passion for travel and communications. She has a bachelor's degree in economics from Newton College, Mass., and a post graduate degree in public relations from CEEU, in Madrid. Some of her areas of expertise are education, healthcare customer service, hospitality and international business.

After living in Madrid for 14 years she relocated to San Juan, where she launched a successful consulting firm, Rosaly, McCloskey & Huyke, with the late Margot McCloskey and Joanne Rosaly. Among the firm's roster of clients are such distinguished companies as Johnson & Johnson, University of P.R., WesternBank, Doctor's Hospital, P.R. Tourism Association and McNeil Pharmaceutical.

She eventually went solo as NVH, Business Etiquette Consultants and is now based in Tampa, developing new seminars and providing other consulting and teaching services in Spanish, for The Protocol Centre.
